跨學科英語時裝表演秀：創意與語言的碰撞

本次活動由英文科聯同視覺藝術科及音樂科攜手打造，展現語言與藝術的創新結合。活動由司儀講稿，服裝設計，模特兒，選曲，後台管理及佈景燈光設計均一手由學生團隊包辦。首輪由本校20名師生身穿彩色紮染T恤登場，鮮豔色彩點燃全場活力！隨後，本校中五視覺藝術科學生以「服裝的態度」為主題，呈現現代旗袍、塔羅牌靈感設計等作品，展現年輕創意。最後呈現正在香港理工大學就讀時裝設計課程的本校舊生以精神病房、自我中心等社會議題服裝，並由四位外籍教師（NETs）及舊生組成跨界模特隊，搭配英文解說完成沉浸式展演，引導學生了解和運用更多關於服裝和文化的英文詞彙，展現了本校「博學力行．學以致用」的教育理念，讓學生認識到日常時尚也能作為藝術與文化的載體。

 

Language Across Curriculum English Fashion Show:  A Fusion of Creativity and Language

This event was collaboratively organized by the English, Visual Arts, and Music Departments, showcasing an innovative fusion of language and artistic expression. The entire production—from the emcee's script to costume design, modeling, music selection, backstage management, and lighting design—was fully handled by our students. The show kicked off with 20 teachers and students in colorful tie-dye T-shirts, setting a lively tone. Next, Form 5 Visual Arts students unveiled bold designs, including modern cheongsams and tarot-themed outfits, exploring "Attitude in Fashion." The finale featured thought-provoking collections by alumni now studying fashion at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, tackling themes like mental health and individualism. With 4 NETs and alumni strutting the runway to English commentary, the event enriched students' fashion-related vocabulary while embodying our school's educational philosophy of "Broad Learning and Practical Application,"—proving that fashion is a canvas for culture and art.
